Terms of service

Rolemio helps you keep your resume as structured data, tailor it to job postings, publish web resumes, and track applications. Hiring teams can post roles and review applicants. Features may change as the product develops; we will not remove something you pay for in the middle of a paid period without telling you.

• You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a contract where you live, and at least 16.
• One person per account. Hiring teams invite each member separately.

What you upload or write stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to an AI provider when you use an AI feature, and showing a web resume to the people you publish it to.

You are responsible for your content being true and yours to share. Do not upload other people's personal data without a right to do so.

AI features propose analyses and rewrites. They can be wrong. Nothing is applied to your resume until you approve it, and you are responsible for checking that anything you send to an employer is accurate. The service is designed never to invent employers, figures or qualifications, but you remain the author of your resume.

• No unlawful, misleading or abusive content, and no impersonating others.
• No attempts to access other accounts, probe or overload the service, or get around its limits.
• No scraping, reselling, or automated bulk use without written permission.
• Employers must post only real, open roles with an accurate pay range, keep each listing confirmed while it is up, and honour the response commitment they publish.
• Hiring teams must use candidate data only for recruiting, and are responsible for complying with the employment and anti-discrimination laws that apply to them, including rules on automated decision-making.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

• The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit. Paid plans and their prices are shown on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through PayPal, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your settings. You will not be charged again, and your plan continues until the end of the period already paid for. After that your account moves to the Free plan; your content is not deleted.
• Unless the law where you live says otherwise, payments already made are not refunded. If we change a price, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will tell you beforehand.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end the service or an account with reasonable notice, and immediately for serious breaches of these terms. When an account is deleted, its data is erased as described in the privacy policy.

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”. We do not promise that using it will get you a job or a hire. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
